It's OK but you will get pestered by homeless people asking you to buy them food. They walk into the mcdonalds and hover over you when you're ordering at the self service. Occasionally is ok but it's everytime you visit now. Puts you off going.

I was confronted by two very aggressive members of the public whilst making an order. The Asian security guard was very dismissive and made out that I was the aggressor despite me not doing anything. He did nothing to help. He then also berated a new member of staff in front of us? He works for a separate company, not the McDonalds. Vile behaviour. There was then a racist attack from a white member of the public and he did nothing to help the black security guard. He needs removing.

Worst staff ever to work in a MCDonalds.
You can never find a more horrible place to eat. Made us wait 20 minutes just for the sake of a single burger with literally no customers at all.. and when complained about the cold food they responded carelessly by saying that i can leave a feedback. Horrible staff

Ordered a Iced Latte with my meal. My drink had Chocolate in. Rang the restaurant to ask why there was chocolate in my iced latte. The lady was rude and would not let me speak or get a word in she kept saying that's impossible. I have no reason to lie. Good job I'm not allergic to chocolate. She was so rude and basically tried calling me a liar and said she couldn't find my order on just eat!

Why I Always Choose McDonald’s : #Unmatched Customer Care
Had great customer service from Sarah, Hufaiza, and Ritesh. I asked if I could borrow some cardboard boxes, and they were more than happy to help. Unlike other shops like Tesco, where I could see cardboard boxes but was still refused, they didn’t hesitate for a second. I always get my food from here—love it!❤️

We got a breakfast delivery that was ordered on the app and there was some things missing such as a wrap and some sauces. We called up to talk to someone to see what could be done and the customer service was so poor. They claimed they saw everything get packed which clearly it didn’t otherwise we wouldn’t be missing food we paid for. Then the person on the phone refused to give us her name or the managers so we could say we spoke to her about the order if we needed to call again. And in general was quite snappy and had a rude tone.
